  • Schedule your 90 min full-home design/build walk-through consultation with complete detailed analysis report ($500 Fee) 

  • Review, discuss and agree to custom recommendations in regards to client budget and sales price

  • Determine timeline for scheduling work to be completed

  • Property goes on (or back on) the market to sell
